Completed MVP for Supply Chain Threat Assessment research project using Knowledge Graph. The technology taken into consideration are all open-source AI/ML. Used BERT transformer, RNN deep learning model, fine tune pre-trained model using Spacy NLP that covers NER (Name Entity Recognition), EL (Entity Linking) and RE (Relation Extraction) from the Unstructured Pdf documents and Relation Structure data to create Subject, Predicate and Object. Once these triples are correctly extracted and mapped according to domain specific OWL ontology created using Protege, Knowledge Graph gets created to visualize all related network graph using Allegrograph Triple store. Allegrograph web-based visualization tool is used to help Analyst find the threat details to take mitigate actions.
